Coaching Approach
-
I help business executives, rising leaders, and creative entrepreneurs transform intentions into results through Leadership & Performance coaching. As an action-oriented coach, I partner with people navigating complexity, growth, or transition to gain clarity and confidence while taking meaningful steps forward.
My approach combines accountability with practical strategies for sustainable change. I work through business and leadership coaching, executive development, executive function support, and graphic facilitation to help clients get (and stay) unstuck.

Based near Philadelphia, I work virtually with clients nationwide, creating flexible coaching relationships that adapt to demanding schedules and diverse time zones. This approach allows me to serve clients wherever they are, literally and figuratively.

My clients range from next-gen business owners to seasoned executives, rising leaders and creative entrepreneurs. And I work across many industries - housing, healthcare, education, manufacturing, marketing, the arts, and more.
I specialize in supporting people at key transitions: professionals stepping into new leadership roles, business owners planning succession, individuals navigating major life changes, or established company executives evolving for the future. I also work with ADHD and neurodivergent brains, and can offer the type of shame-free support and accountability that traditional coaching often misses.

I currently offer two ways to engage in coaching.
One-on-One Coaching: Personalized coaching work focused on a client’s specific goals, development needs or areas of challenge, typically involving a 90 minute goal setting session, followed by 60-minute coaching sessions every 10 days - with activities, assessments, and ongoing support offered between meetings. Six session minimum.
Group Coaching: Small action learning and coaching cohorts for support around related topics such as Work Life Integration; Strategic Communication, Succession & Retirement, and more. This is a more affordable, connective and community based level of coaching support.

Cadence & Scheduling
Most clients meet with me every 2-3 weeks, though frequency can vary depending on your goals and schedule. At a minimum, I suggest meeting once per month to maintain momentum. If you prefer a regular time slot, it's best to book sessions in advance — as many clients reserve their spots 30-60 days in advance. I’m happy to coordinate with your executive assistant or scheduler and work ahead.
Engagement Length
Coaching engagements are generally shaped by your evolving needs. I typically ask new clients to begin with a minimum initial package of six sessions for meaningful goal setting, momentum and clarity. Many clients choose to continue beyond the initial package for ongoing support through professional transitions, decision-making, or new phases of growth and leadership. The typical coaching engagement is 6-8 months. I’m open to longer-term coaching partnerships so long as the work remains purposeful and aligned for both of us.
Availability
Coaching sessions are 60 minutes long and offered on: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
I don’t generally offer sessions on Wednesdays, based on my other commitments. All sessions are held via Zoom or phone, depending on your preference.
Phone vs. Zoom
Both phone and video sessions are available, and each has its strengths. If you're feeling zoom fatigue or would benefit from walking while talking, phone sessions are a great alternative. I use Zoom for video calls, and you’ll receive a link to my waiting room upon engagement.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Meetings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours in advance without penalty. Meetings cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours in advance will be billed at the standard rate. I have found that this is the fairest way to share the risk of unpredictable calendar items.
