With over 20 years of operational leadership and management experience and a background in learning and development, I bring a blended approach of corporate insight, systems thinking, work life integration, executive functioning and visual mapping to my work.

My coaching approach is grounded in action learning and a deep commitment to personal and professional growth.

In addition to my coaching work, I teach and facilitate groups around topics of work, life, leadership and family business.

I work with strategic partners such as ThirdPath Institute and Forum to deliver additional topical programming aligned with my interests and expertise.

I also enjoy writing, drawing, exploring new ideas, spending time with my family and connecting in my community.
