  • With over two decades of leadership experience spanning family business, affordable housing, and organizational development, my career has been defined by turning vision into reality and helping others do the same.

As Chair of an award-winning property management firm, I've led complex turnarounds, strategic transformations, and succession planning while building distributed leadership models that create lasting impact. This hands-on business leadership experience—from operations and acquisitions to crisis response and workforce development—gives me a unique perspective on the real challenges leaders face.

As an ACC (ICF) certified coach, I specialize in helping creative and neurodivergent leaders navigate change and growth. My coaching expertise spans leadership development, executive functioning, ADHD support, work-life integration, and career transitions. I facilitate action learning groups, workshops, and programs on topics ranging from strategic planning and team management to family business succession and next-generation leadership.

My approach bridges the practical and the aspirational. Whether I'm working with rising professionals, seasoned entrepreneurs, or executives planning retirement, I see potential beyond the obvious and help clients take decisive action toward meaningful outcomes. This combination of operational leadership experience and coaching expertise allows me to meet clients where they are—understanding both the strategic challenges they face and the personal growth they're seeking.

From Fortune 500 consulting to affordable housing leadership, from instructional design to executive coaching, my diverse background serves one consistent purpose: facilitating growth and clarity for individuals and organizations ready to move forward.
