My Approach

Based near Philadelphia, I work virtually with clients nationwide, creating flexible coaching relationships that adapt to demanding schedules and diverse time zones.

My approach is practical, evidence-based, results-focused, and designed around your real work and life.

  • Initial 90-minute goal-setting sessions to establish your roadmap

  • Regular coaching sessions (30-60 minutes) at consistent times

  • Between-session fieldwork and reflection to deepen insights

  • Coaching portal access for notes, resources, progress tracking

Logistics

  • A typical individual coaching engagement spans 12-16 weeks.

The most typical individual coaching engagement spans 12-16 weeks. This type of engagement begins with a minimum initial package of 6 sessions ($3,500), which includes the 90-minute goal-setting session and five (5) follow-on coaching sessions. These comprehensive packages include between-session messaging, priority scheduling, fieldwork guidance, resources tailored to your goals, and access to my coaching portal. Along the way, this structured approach ensures consistent progress toward your objectives. After the initial package ends, maintenance coaching is available at a per-session rate, making it easy for clients to budget as they decide when and how to schedule ongoing support.

  • A typical B2B or executive coaching engagement spans 6-12 months.

This type of engagement begins with the 90-minute goal-setting session, followed by weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions. Initial assessments, performance input from other stakeholders, and establishing specific and tangible goals for the engagement may also be part of these comprehensive partnerships. Along the way, small surveys and feedback gathering help us ensure we are progressing and can provide updates to leadership when needed. I offer additional resources, fieldwork, and other customized elements based on organizational or professional goals. These types of engagements range from $7,500-$20,000. Please email me if you are looking for this type of longer-term partnership - for you or your employees.

  • Longer-term coaching partnerships can offer the best of both worlds.

Long term coaching partnerships provide an initial goal-focused approach that evolves into ongoing confidential thought partnership, supporting you through professional transitions, daily leadership decisions, and future-focused strategic thinking.

  • Cadence & Scheduling

Most clients meet every 2-3 weeks, though frequency can vary depending on your goals and schedule. At a minimum, I suggest meeting once per month to maintain momentum.

All clients receive a link to schedule their sessions on my calendar.

Sessions are generally offered Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (I don't generally offer sessions on Wednesdays).

If you prefer a regular time slot, it's best to book sessions in advance — many clients reserve their preferred spots 30-60 days ahead. I'm happy to coordinate with your executive assistant or scheduler and work ahead.

All sessions are held via Zoom or phone, depending on your preference. Both have their strengths — if you're experiencing Zoom fatigue or would benefit from walking while talking, phone sessions are a great alternative.

  • Availability

I work with a limited number of clients to ensure quality attention. All new coaching clients join my waitlist, which helps me match your availability with openings in my practice. New coaching spots and appointments open monthly.

About 80% of my practice is dedicated to executive and leadership coaching with a standard 6-session package ($3,500) that includes comprehensive support between sessions. I reserve 20% for practicum coaching opportunities at a discounted rate ($50 registration + $50/session) to support my own professional development and help other growing coaches.

Whether you're interested in executive coaching, practicum opportunities, or specialized services, the waitlist ensures you get the first available spot that matches your needs.

  • Cancellation Policy

Meetings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Meetings cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be billed at the standard rate. I have found this is the fairest way to share the risk of unpredictable calendar items.
