Welcome, I'm glad you're here.

I’m a family business leader and ICF-certified ACT Leadership coach.

I partner with creative professionals and neurodivergent leaders as they move through change, step into leadership, or build something new.

Associate Certified Coach (ACC) @ International Coaching Federation

What I Do

I coach individuals and organizations navigating complexity, uncertainty, growth, or transitional moments - whether that’s sparked by new leadership, evolving business needs, or significant life changes.

Alongside coaching, I offer visual tools to help people see what they mean. This includes graphic facilitation, sketchnoting, and visual archives — custom visuals that capture key ideas, journeys, and turning points for reflection, alignment, and storytelling.

Over the years, I’ve helped clients build clarity, confidence, and capacity through:

  • Business and leadership coaching

  • Executive development

  • Executive function support

  • Visual thinking and graphic facilitation

  • Personalized visual archives and strategic mapping

Who I Work With

From next-gen business owners to seasoned executives, students, and creative entrepreneurs, I work with a wide range of people across various industries — including housing, healthcare, education, manufacturing, and the arts.

I specialize in supporting individuals at key inflection points:

  • Graduating or launching a career

  • Stepping into leadership

  • Succession planning

  • Navigating major life changes

  • Evolving a business for the future

I also work closely with adults who live with ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence — a space I understand both professionally and personally. Whether someone is managing executive function, leading a team, or reimagining their next chapter, I help make the invisible visible — through coaching and visual thinking.

Where I Work

I’m based near Philadelphia and work with clients around the world, primarily through virtual sessions that integrate seamlessly into busy lives.

Limited in-person sessions and engagements are available depending on proximity and scheduling.
